I was going to toss them but decided to try them 1st. They are so damn spicy and the brine is so delicious. I think I'm going to blend the peppers and turn it into a hot sauce

    I mean, it’s salt and vinegar. I’m no food expert, but it sounds safe if it’s still sealed.

  2. the important thing is: was the lid bulged?

    If it wasnt bulged, you should be fine.

    If its bulged DO NOT EAT. Botulism is no joke.
